The process.

We spend one full day with your customer. Location is your choice: their office, your office, the place where the story happened, or a neutral location. We film the interview, capture b-roll of their work, and record your customer talking through the journey from the problem they faced to how your product or service solved it.

Then we take that one day of raw footage and produce it seven ways: one hero narrative, one landing page proof cut, one SEO blog, four social cuts, two email clips, and the full interview archive. We deliver finished assets within 4 weeks, with revisions included.
